At 9:00 a.m. on Nov.17th, 2018, our faculty held the eighth architecture festival and the 20th anniversary celebration of civil engineering undergraduate program in the staff activity center. The class of 98 returned to celebrate and wish the school well for this special occasion.
In the afternoon, Feng Qi, the representative of the alumni made a speech entitled Success Formula. He shared his own understanding, insights and sentiments about personal development and business management with his schoolmates. Mr. Feng gave a successful equation, namely success = idea * passion * ability. Nowadays, the society is fiercely competitive. Passion and ability are not enough to do anything. It is also necessary to have a set of ideas that suits yourself. To put it simply, first of all, we must understand our own value pursuits, and add a platform for effective development and effective management. The final success or failure is judged by the results, and it is not defined by ourselves.
After listening to the lectures, the students were very sentimental. They all said that they should study professional knowledge and skills well, and plan their university life reasonably.
