At 7:00 p.m. on September 11th, all the teachers and freshmen of the Engineering Management Department gathered in Sanjiang Building. The atmosphere was humorous and the students were enthusiastic.

The event is mainly composed of a professional introduction, all teachers' style display, and teacher-student interaction. Director of the department Dr. Han gave a speech which pointed a direction for freshmen. He suggested that students should aim at the further study. Then teachers introduced themselves and put forward high expectations for new students. At last, the students had a discussion with teachers. The event ended in the atmosphere of happiness.
