Our faculty held wukesong Forum on Nov. 9th. We invited deputy dean prof. Lu Chunhua to give a lecture entitled "From the Idea of Building Blocks to the Development of preassembled Architecture". All students of grade 2020 attended the forum.

　　Prof. Lu Chunhua introduced the theme of prefab building from the game of building blocks in daily life, and introduced the significance of prefab building to the development of architectural technology through the outstanding performance of prefab building technology in the construction of Vulcan Hospital. He introduced the concept, construction technology, construction method, construction structure safety performance, construction site environment and other relevant knowledge of modern prefabricated concrete buildings through the comparison between prefabricated buildings and cast-in-place construction methods.

　　At the end, Prof. Lu inspired us with the classic cases of prefab concrete architecture, hope our students to be a new youth in the new era with both integrity and talent, so as to contribute to the future development of the construction industry.
