On June 5th, the graduate association of our faculty held the online academic salon and academic morality through tencent conference. Deputy Dean Han Yu was invited as a guest, and all graduate students participated in the event.

Firstly, two senior postgraduates shared their research topics. Then Han Yu made a speech. He pointed out that at the beginning of postgraduate, students must improve their scientific research ability, or improve their ability to solve problems. The difference between postgraduates and undergraduates is not just how many articles are published, but more about whether they can solve practical problems and contribute to the national economy.

Secondly, Han Yu gave a lecture on academic ethics and shared the definition of academic misconduct in journals. After the event, the students all expressed their great benefits.
