The 12th Innovation Competition in Construction Engineering and Management was held at Tsinghua University on July 4th. The work “ Whole-process Training and Multi-dimensional Evaluation System To Enhance Construction Safety Behavioral Performance ”made by postgraduate students from our faculty won the second prize with the third place.

The competition is an international top innovation event in the field of construction engineering and management (CEM), and has a high reputation and recognition in related majors at home and abroad. Each year, 12 groups of works are selected in the world to enter the finals.

The work of our faculty are supported by advanced technologies such as virtual reality and eye tracking. We cleverly integrate the mechanism of accident causation and the mechanism of danger perception, which can realize the whole process training and multi-dimensional evaluation of the safety behavior of construction workers. High-risk screening is also possible.The related functions are at the leading level, with obvious application value and broad market prospects.The work was designed by the graduate students of our faculty, and was jointly developed by the technicians of Weiqi Technology.
