On the afternoon of Oct.15th, our faculty held a special lecture on the 2018 graduate career planning at F202, Sanjiang Building. The lecture was mainly attended by 2018 graduate students.
Mr. Cui firstly asked about the purpose of postgraduate, the current status of study and research, and the vision of the future, which gradually led to the importance of graduate career planning. Then Yandan Jiang gave a detailed introduction to the students about the time and process of the career planning competition, as well as the key points of each stage. She used many examples to remind everyone to pay attention to the misunderstandings in the career planning career and the attention paid in the preparation of career planning books. In the end, Wang Ben shared his experience in the career planning competition with his second prize of the Academy, the third prize of the school competition and the third prize of the finals. He believed that this is not only an exploration of the future intentional career, but also a necessary plan for life. He hoped that the graduate students here will be able to correct their attitude and express their true self. At the same time, they will be scientifically planned and actively prepared to stand out in the career planning competition of the college and achieve satisfactory results.
This lecture helped graduate freshmen get familiar with the process of the college career planning competition, recognized the importance of career planning, and also pointed out the direction for their development during the postgraduate period.
