On August 3rd, chair of faculty Committee for CPC affairs Zhu Yan, ,deputy dean Han Yu, deputy Lu Chunhua and three directors of our faculty went to the school of Mechanics and Civil Engineering in China University of Mining and Technology for investigation and study,

The research group visited the State Key Laboratory of Deep Geotechnical Mechanics and Underground Engineering, the Key Laboratory of Environmental Disaster and Structural Reliability of Civil Engineering of Jiangsu Province. After the visiting, our research group had an in-depth exchange with leaders of the school. Both sides furtherly exchanged views on scientific research group establishment, discipline development,  talents cultivation, scientific research achievements transformation, Industry-university-research cooperation practice bases establishment.

The investigation was helpful for formulating the faculty’s 14th Five-Year Plan and promoting the transformation in scientific research achievements and social service level.
